TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

By signing up with Xtreme Volleyball Academy, you are agreeing to the following terms:
1.Xtreme Volleyball Academy (Pax Network Australia Pty Ltd) reserves the right to refuse applications from persons it feels may jeopardise the integrity of the program and/or to remove disruptive or abusive players at its discretion.
2.Once registered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
3.All players registered with Xtreme Volleyball Academy are responsible for their conduct both on and off the court. Any abuse (physical or verbal) against members of the public, staff or other players will be treated with zero tolerance and may result in immediate removal from Xtreme Volleyball Academy.
4.Absence from sessions will result in the individual player forfeiting the session.
5.Xtreme Volleyball Academy accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property whilst attending any of our training programs.
6.Xtreme Volleyball Academy or any of its coaching staff accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, loss or damage to the player during our training programmes. By joining you acknowledge that you understand and are fully aware of the risks associated with your participation in the activities provided by Xtreme Volleyball Academy and participate at their own risk and shall indemnify Xtreme Volleyball Academy and its staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against Xtreme Volleyball Academy.
7.Sporting activities require physical exertion and include a risk of injury. Participation of your child/yourself or your guests is your acceptance of that risk, on their behalf. Xtreme Volleyball Academy will not accept liability for the injury or death of any person at an Xtreme Volleyball Academy session or event
8.Where a parent/guardian is unable to be contacted, you authorise Xtreme Volleyball Academy (Directors, Coaches or any Staff of Xtreme Volleyball Academy) to
•Provide you or your child with medical assistance as recommended by a medical practitioner in the event of any illness or accident.
•Administer or consent to such first aid as the adult in charge may consider being reasonably necessary in the case of illness or accident.
9.It is the parent’s responsibility to accept all risks involved in the administration of medical or first aid treatment considered necessary and the responsibility for payment of all expenses incurred in relation to such treatment and any emergency transportation required.
10.If a player is seriously injured where an Ambulance is required, Xtreme Volleyball Academy and its officers will call for an ambulance if the player’s parent(s)/guardian(s) are not immediately available to grant authorisation at the cost of the player.
11.You must disclose to Xtreme Volleyball Academy of any medical conditions the registered player has where applicable on the registration form. Such information will be kept strictly confidential by Xtreme Volleyball Academy as is other personal information we may collect.
12.Xtreme Volleyball Academy will notify all parent(s)/guardian(s) via a SMS and/or email that a session is to be postponed or reschedule to another venue in the event of wet weather or extreme heat. Xtreme Volleyball Academy reserves the right to request the removal from the session, of any child causing significant disruption or safety risk to themselves or others children.
13.You must contact Xtreme Volleyball Academy if the registered player is unable to attend the scheduled session.
14.Sessions may be cancelled if the weather is severe.
15.If a session is cancelled, the coaches will notify you via email/sms to let you know. You can then email Xtreme Volleyball Academy to organise your make-up session. The decision on whether a class will go ahead is made prior to the session, not the day before.
16.Non-attendance, when a session has not been officially cancelled by Xtreme Volleyball Academy, means you forfeit the session.
17.It is compulsory that all registered players wear the Xtreme Volleyball Academy official uniform. Appropriate footwear (e.g. trainers, depending on the surface) must be worn to ensure safety at all times.
18.Parents/guardians must inform the coaches if they remove their child during a session.
19.Once payment has been received no refunds will be provided except with a prior written agreement from Xtreme Volleyball Academy. No refund will be given if you change your mind. If your child suffers a long-term illness such as a broken limb, or other extreme circumstances, please notify Xtreme Volleyball Academy straight away. Xtreme Volleyball Academy will consider putting accounts on hold or issuing a credit note at its discretion.
20.Xtreme Volleyball Academy occasionally takes photographs and video footage of players during sessions and other events they may manage. You consent to the use of your child's name and image on the Club's official website and social media platforms. You understand that the Academy will make reasonable efforts to protect your child's personal information, but cannot guarantee its complete protection. You acknowledge that your child's participation in social media activities is voluntary and that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Xtreme Volleyball Academy in writing. You release and hold harmless the Xtreme Volleyball Academy, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from my child's participation in social media activities. You acknowledge that Xtreme Volleyball Academy reserves the right to use such photographs and video footage taken of your child for use in publications, promotional material, on its website and its social media in order to solely promote Xtreme Volleyball Academy, unless you advise in writing that you do not wish for this to occur.
21.We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. You should regularly check this page for any amendments.
